RESOLVED - Main Menu Report - "Overdue"

UPDATE - This report was updated to recalculate the reeval due date "on the fly" to prevent the blank due dates from showing as overdue. Any record showing a blank date indicates a completion date has not been entered.

 

We are aware that a good portion of the main menu report shows as "overdue." This is because of the way this report was first crafted. It is using the calculated three year reeval due date that is generated each evening. The snag, those dates are cleared out for anything due more than 60 calendar days from today. So the report sees it as overdue since the date is blank.

We are adjusting the report to correctly identify the reeval due date and will provide an update when it is ready for release.

UPDATE: This functionality has been modified to stop passing extra information to the web address.   UPDATE: We have located the issue and are working to correct it throughout the database.   We have found that the javascripts that control the main menu will randomly cease functioning and make it appear that the main menu is frozen. We are working to identify the reason the scripts stop responding. As a short term workaround, click the Edit Students icon and then click "Cancel." This will effectively refresh the page and reload the scripts.

RESOLVED - Parent Section "Missing"

 The parent section is becoming jumbled on a Custom Demographics screen when the Paper/Electronic Consent checkboxes are not included in the page.  Temporary workaround: ADD the Paper/Electronic checkboxes to your Custom Demo page.   This issue is fixed for the next release.
